RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURNS - All custom orders and collection items are FINAL SALE!

EXCHANGES - Exchanges for non-custom and non one of a kind pieces can be processed within 7 days of receipt. Your items must be in original resale condition, and customer pays return shipping fees.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

My pieces are built to last, if there is some defect out of your control such as a clasp breaking, I will always fix it for free. Normal wear and tear, that is on you and I cannot fix pieces like breaking your chain caught. If anything happens, please reach out to me and I will do my best to accomodate.

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

All fine metals tarnish with time {brass will go first, then sterling, and 14k gold can last years}. I recommend to store your jewelry in a dry area {not in your bathroom}. Pieces are easy to clean and maintain, you can always polish your pieces with sudsy warm water and buffing using a scratch free cloth.
