Made to order items: All jewelry is made by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order if placed. I am a single act production business, I make everything from tiny bows to the decorative embellishments. Life can sometimes happen and it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I strive to provide the best services I can and try to get your orders out within 4-5 days though. Thank you!
Collection Pieces | These I try and get all the pieces out within a couple of days. On the “Custom Finish in Your Size” orders, please allow up to two weeks for the pieces to get completed.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Once your order is processed it will be shipped via USPS and I will supply a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

First Class- delivered within the US in 5-10 business days. (While the USPS delays car occur)
Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s typically 2-3 days)
Shipping is handelled by the carries once I drop off your order, therefore I have no say or control upon how quickly they may arrive to you during high volume seasons. Once the tracking order has been sent, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volumes as well.
I cannot refund your order or shipping fees due to lack of understanding the shipping delays due to carriers above.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Once package is dropped off it is in the hands of the United States Postal Services
That being said if your package is lost of stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They can assist you in recovering and or refunding you for the lost package. All shipping does include insurance!! Below I listed some tips if you find yourself in this situation:
check with your neighbors, sometimes packages can be dropped off at the wrong house/ in mailbox
USPS can prescan packages before they arrive, allot a couple days and see if it shows up
If all steps above have been checked off and you did not recieve said ‘delivered package’, you will have to open a claim with you local postal office

All international customers will be responsible for any customs or taxes that your country requires.
I ship all orders with full insurance, if you find yourself with a lost or stolen package you are free to open up a claim with USPS
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped you will recieve an email with the tracking information. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking to update and become available.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer
RETURNS - All custom orders and collection items are FINAL SALE!
EXCHANGES - Exchanges for non-custom and non one of a kind pieces can be processed within 7 days of receipt. Your items must be in original resale condition, and customer pays return shipping fees.
